Start-ups reenergizing urban neighborhoods

The offices of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts (above) are housed in a former plow warehouse in downtown AtlantaGreat article on how start-ups are changing urban neighborhoods. My take is that urban neighborhoods are perfect for start-ups because ideas and creativity are a result of working in unique and creative spaces found mostly in urban areas (ie. lofts, former warehouses, vacant industrial buildings, etc).
